FAQ — Azimuth Property Management
Who runs Azimuth?
Azimuth is operated by ARM — Azimuth Real Estate Management — a New York-based property management team. The platform was created and is led by Kurt Yang, based in New York.
How do I get in touch?
Use the Contact page to send us a message. We typically respond within one business day.
How do I add a property to Azimuth?
Sign in as a property owner and use the Properties section to add a new listing. Your property manager will review and publish it.
How do I see income and expenses for my portfolio?
The Accounting section shows monthly income across your properties, plus invoices and payment history.
Do I communicate with tenants directly?
No. Communication with tenants is handled by the property manager. Owners review approvals, repair-request decisions, and reports.
How do I submit a maintenance or repair request?
Sign in to your tenant portal and open Repair Requests from the sidebar. Describe the issue, attach photos if helpful, and submit. Your property manager will review the request and assign a vendor.
How do I pay my rent?
Open Submit Payment from the sidebar to pay online, or follow the instructions on your most recent payment notice. Late or overdue payments are flagged in your dashboard.
Who do I contact about my lease?
Always contact your property manager — they are your single point of contact for the building. Tenants do not contact owners directly.
How do I get approved as a service vendor?
Complete the Vendor Onboarding form with your business details and required documents. An admin will review your submission and notify you by email when approved.
Where do I see jobs assigned to me?
After approval, the My Jobs section in the sidebar lists every repair or service request assigned to you.
How do I get paid?
Earnings appear under My Earnings as jobs are completed. Payment timing follows the agreement set with your property manager.
